The Dottin-Haley Group is a program design and management consultancy. For over ten years, we've helped nonprofits, school districts, and purpose-driven organizations turn bold ideas into funded, implemented, and lasting programs.

Where most consultants hand you a report and walk away, we stay at the table — co-designing programs, managing launch, and measuring what actually changes for the people you serve.
